We offer a no quibble refund on non-personalised items.

 

Items must be returned unused and in the original packaging within 14 days. It is at our discresion whether items are in perfect saleable condition to qualify for a full refund.

We do not refund postage and packaging charges incurred by you in such instances, and cannot refund used or customer damaged goods, even if this occurs when items are being returned to us. For this reason we strongly advise you to use a guaranteed postal service, as you are responsible for the goods until we have received them. If damage occurs to items in transit or they are lost in transit will need to claim against the carrier. Loving that Gift cannot be held accountable in such instances. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please Note: Personalised goods may only be refunded if they are faulty.

In the goods you receive are faulty, or have been damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and return to the sender (this will vary depending on the product) as indicated on the outside of the package with the original receipt within 14 days. A full refund will be given within 28 days (including additional p/p costs) in such circumstances.
