How can I place my order?
You can order online, by telephone or by post.
You will receive a confirmation email from us once we have received your online order. This is an acknowledgement that your order has been received and does not guarantee that your order can be fulfilled. Should we not be able to meet your order we will contact you at the earliest opportunity within 24 hours. Once this has been sent, whether it is received or not by your computer, a contract will be formed between Loving that Gift and yourselves. This contract means that Loving that Gift will endeavour to supply you with your order. Once goods are ready for dispatch you will receive another email indicating this, at which point the supply of your order is guaranteed.
To place an order by telephone please ring 01423 701142 between 10am and 5pm Tuesday to Saturday (except Bank Holidays).
Please note we do not take card payments over the telephone. This is for your security, so that you do not need to disclose your full card details. All telephone orders must be paid by cheque. Goods will be dispatched once the cheque has been cleared. Postal orders must be accompanied by an order form which can be downloaded from the ordering section of the website or by clicking on the link below:

How can I pay?
The following cards are accepted:
- Mastercard
- Solo
- Maestro/Switch
- Delta
- Visa and Visa debit
Please note that we do not accept American Express.
Online payment is handled by a secure gateway to our online payment gateway at HSBC bank. Alternatively you may pay by cheque. Please make cheques payable to Loving that Gift, with your cheque guarantee card number and expiry date written clearly on the back.

Goods will not be dispatched until cheques have been cleared. As this may take up to 3 working days from the time we receive your cheque your delivery time may be delayed. Credit and debit card payments are not processed until your order is dispatched.
A contract will exist between Loving that Gift and the customer once payment has been received and the goods dispatched, at which point ownership of the goods passes to the customer.

What if I'm not in when the delivery arrives?
Some deliveries require a signature, and we are happy to deliver to your place of work or to a neighbour if you indicate this on your order form.
What if I want my goods in a hurry?
An Overnight delivery service is available for orders received before 12 noon for - £5 per order, irrespective of size (not available for personalised products).
An Express delivery service is available for orders received before 3pm for - £2.50 per order, irrespective of size (not available for personalised products). This service may be removed without notice.

What if I don't like the items when I receive them?
Simple - return them to us!
We offer a no quibble refund on non-personalised items.
Items must be returned unused and in the original packaging within 14 days. It is at our discresion whether items are in perfect saleable condition to qualify for a full refund.
We do not refund postage and packaging charges incurred by you in such instances, and cannot refund used or customer damaged goods, even if this occurs when items are being returned to us. For this reason we strongly advise you to use a guaranteed postal service, as you are responsible for the goods until we have received them. If damage occurs to items in transit or they are lost in transit will need to claim against the carrier. Loving that Gift cannot be held accountable in such instances. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please Note: Personalised goods may only be refunded if they are faulty.
What if the Goods are faulty?
In the goods you receive are faulty, or have been damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and return to the sender (this will vary depending on the product) as indicated on the outside of the package with the original receipt within 14 days. A full refund will be given within 28 days (including additional p/p costs) in such circumstances.
How do you protect my Privacy?
Loving that Gift is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully ( in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
Loving that Gift will collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
Loving that Gift will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
Loving that Gift will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
The type of information we will collect from you includes:
- your name
- address
- phone number
- email address
- credit/debit card details
The information we will hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly. The personal information which we hold on you will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
Loving that Gift may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitiors to our site. This can include using a "cookie", which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Can you explain more about Cookies?
